Question about Samsung DVD-V4800 DVD Player / VCR Combo
OFF the unit completely.remove the main power cord from the power outlet.then press the eject button and insert the power cord in the outlet.then turn the unit on.then check out.if not solved press the eject button 10 - 15 times in 5 second and check out. if still the problem.then take a two thin knife insert in both sides of the player from where the tray comes out.and tell some body to press the eject button.and slightly pull the tray out by the knife.many times the sides of the tray gets bit rashed but no problem it will not spoil the unit. do it carefully. Please do rate the solution. Thank you for using fixya.keep updated. thanks
