I have forgotten my password for facebook....

Go to the login page and click 'Forgotten password'. Facebook will send you a password reset email containing a link. Click the link and you will be able to set a new password for your Facebook account. It should take no more than 5 minutes and if you are continually not receiving the information you will need to contact Facebook and advise them of this.

If you forgot the password to your email account, there should be a "Can't access your account?" or similar link on the email sign-in page.

If you know your email password, you just sign in to your email account to receive the new password from Facebook.

For your Facebook, you can visit this page: Click Here. If you still have access to the email tied to the account (since I do not know whether or not your MSN is the email you have used). If you do not have access to that.
To recover your MSN password, you can use this form located here: Click Here. Both of these are online forms that rely on a alternative email address or secret question you may have setup when you first created the account.
As a last resort, to recover your MSN password through the phone, you can dial: 1-800-386-5550. Then assuming this is the email you used with your Facebook account, you can use the online Facebook recovery tool to have your password reset and sent to your recovered MSN account.

Now, if you can't access your msn account, click on 'Forgot your password' and restore it by anwering questions (your question you saved when you first did this account)
