Question about Heating & Cooling
If the unit has been serviced recently, there could be an overcharge of refrigerant, non condensibles in the system, clogged metering device screen, or as you stated a restriction somewhere in the system, the system needs to be recovered, drier changed, metering device inspected/changed and recharged
