Question about Dell Dimension 4400 Power Supply ** FREE ** (DE4400300WB) Power Supply
I have this problem with my E Machines W 3104 and i unplugged it and still i could make the fans turn on like you said for maybe a quarter turn, plus the lights would basically flash once every time i pressed the power button. after the little death beep noise from inside when it loses power completely i plug it in again and it will turn on just fine . the first time it did that i thought it was because it had too much power built up in the power supply, and maybe it did but it ussually turns right back on after "draining it". try that and see if it helps at all
