MMS troubles Samsung SGH A701

Hi there. I have bought a Samsung A-701 mobile phone. I can't for the life of me work out how to send or retrieve MMS. The 3G symbol at the top of the phone turns red while attempting to send or retrieve and then it reads 'Failed - service unavailable'. Please help me. 4 of my other friends have the exact same issue. Is there a setting I am unaware of.
Thanks in anticipation

You will need to have the settings sent to your phone by the carrier
save the settings then send a pic to yourself

I bought UK unlocked Samsung SGH U 600 T Mobile

T-Mobile USA and T-Mobile UK use different WAP and MMS settings - you will probably discover that t-zones doesn't work on the phone either.

The simplest thing to do is go to the T-Mobile USA site and use the OTA configurator to send the correct settings for WAP and MMS to your phone.

Mms, after retrieval

Hi there

You must call your service provider's customer care and ask them to send you your MMS settings, they will then send you your settings via SMS, save this SMS and then the phone should ask you if you would like to change the current proxy, choose "accept" or "yes". Please also remember to give me a good rating on my profile.

Kind regards
Dustin Ellse
