I need to reset the whole system without saving .I forget the passoword

Save whatever you want on a pc number save all your sms to your Sim take Sim out and save your contacts to Sim then do a hard reset,after doing all of that,
1. Switch your phone off
2. When switching your phone back on hold the power button with the volume button together,volume down button then you will get a option to clear your whole phone. Only way

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

Raphael i think your best otion would be to reset your phone, if you have a memory card just be sure to save any data you dont want lost onto the memory card

You can reset the code to the default however this is will most likely delete any text and everything else saved on the phone... Try the custom reset that should reset the password if it doesnt then do the full Sometimes it does reset everything, sometimes it just resets the phone book and settings * 2767*2878 # CUSTOM RESET * 2767*3855 # FULL RESET

Factory reset will delete everything (not in all cases though) back all your numbers up to the sim card, back photo's and games up to the memory card (if you have one) and restore the phone to factory.
As for any messages forget them.

but try without SIM:
*2767*2878# Custom E2p reset
if this doesn't work, then try:
*2767*3855# Full Reset
but be careful, because the last code will delete everything in your phone

My passoword on my phone seems to have changed so I am unable to now open it?
Any suggestions on why it has happened and most importantly, how I can get in without reseting my whole phone?
