The electronic ignition does not work. I have check all plugs. It does not make a click noise, no spark or power.

You didn't say whether it is a piezo-electric spark generator or whether it is battery-driven?

Piezo-electric is usually fairly reliable in operation but has gone out of fashion somewhat because it generates only one spark at a time which often does not provide reliable ignition.

Battery driven ignition systems provide a much more reliable ignition as they produce many really good sparks. The ones I have encountered operate from a single 1.5 volt battery which is adequate for the task as long as there are no poor connections and a good current supply is available to the spark generator.
Unfortunately the cooking environment is not conducive to keeping things clean and grease can penetrate the push-button, the battery compartment and connections and grease and carbon can impregnate the insulators causing a short-circuit.

Mostly in my experience these ignitions work great when new but soon lose efficiency and stop working. The one on our cooker soon became almost a hobby needing fiddling around with so often before it would work that we now use matches. The cooker before last also had the same story...

How is the oven of the gas cooker works?

a model number and make might narrow the millions of possible answers. If the oven is gas the most likely set up is to push a button located at the bottom of the oven or a lever to tell the oven to let gas in for the pilot light if gas. Usualy the temperature knob is turned to max while pressing the button or lever while at the same time pressing the stove spark generator ignition button. when the flame lights hold the button in the oven for about 20 seconds to let the oven get use to being lit before releasing the button.
