No where in the instructions does it say that you can not, I don't see a problem with doing so.

Kitchenaid diswasher model kudw03ctbl2 leaking from pump

The diverter valve at the bottom of the machine is a valve that diverts water to the spray arms. It's a notorious part for going bad and causing water to leak out of the bottom of the unit.

Mine was corroded badly at the switch and leaked at the seal. I purchased a new diverter and removed the unit from the cabinet. Once out I laid down a blanket and tipped the unit over. You can remove the diverter with two screws. Be careful that the electricity is properly off. I did not unhook mine but made sure the switch was off on the wall.

The factory connectors were OK on one side but corroded beyond recognition on the other side. I ended up cutting off the connector and soldering the wires to the small PCB that had the switch on it. The seal is in the bottom of the unit and is a rubber spring type seal. If you just install the new part it will still leak. You need to carefully pry the seal out and clean it up. They install the thing with the spring seal facing the wash water. It gunks up and clogs and the unit eventually leaks. The leaking corrodes the switch and the diverter then fails to properly move.

Carefully inspect and clean the seal. I re-used mine by first using SuperLube PTFE food grade grease on the shaft and seal face. I installed the seal with the spring side TOWARD the diverter. They install it upside down from the factory. Use plenty of lube. The rick is to push the seal all the way down on to the new diverter. The shaft for the diverter has a groove and the combination of the lube, the proper orientation of the seal and that groove keeps the water out.
Once installed on the bottom the seal will be forced back into it's bore on the bottom. Installing the seal into the bottom first does not work. It will leak. Use the above method and it will only push the seal in enough to get good engagement with the seal as well as go in just far enough into the bore to keep it from leaking.

Works like a charm now.

I put the eyeball diverter on my pool and the cleaner runs up to it and the hose hangs on it. I keep my hose laying out strait when not in use. It does seem to stay on the sides also.

If the eyeball diverter is not working, you might need to install a wall climb adjuster (Part #K12065). This will keep the automatic pool cleaner on the pool's floor and walls and away from pool obstructions. Make sure the narrow end of the wall climb adjuster points down to the drive tubes.

Installed a new 88976 handle but still have a leak

replacing just the handle cannot fix the leak and common sense should tell you that.... try turning off the water to the diverter (thru access panel on opposit wall or main water valve for the home) and then replacing the stem or cartridge inside the diverter -- this is what controls water temp, pressure, and is responsible for any leaks you may have...

Hi, you can tell your amp there is no center speaker and the sound will be diverted to the left and right or for better sound if you can get a custom install speaker built into the wall or if the tv is high up on the wall put your center in the ceiling.

hope this helps.
