Question about GE WSXH208A Front Load Washer
We checked out the posts on this site and cleaned out the filter, which only had .11 and some hair. The spin still just barely spins for a couple minutes, then stops.
Is it possible to open the pump to see if anything is in it? Or does anyone of another problem it could be?
You can open the pump just dont lose or break the o ring when doing so, elastic bands and hair bobbles can get stuck in the fins of the pump causing inefficency. also check all tubes coins can get stuck in these and act like a valve.
another reason that the machine wont spin through is if the load is out of ballance it can cause the machine cancel if it feels it has an uneven load, or if the brushes on the motor are worn the motor looses torque with a load in it you could try to spin it with no load in the machine to check this?

This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hope this
helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
