Try grounding the case to your unit .use a thin wire and take one of the screws out of the rear corners of the unit .Wrap it around the screw and tighten it then find a god ground inside your dash where the unit gets mounted (you can also put it in where the antenna plugs in ) that should do dit worked for me good luck

were you running 93 octane before?try new spark plugs.engine that size shouldnt be worn out in 4 years..get it put on a tunescope,an ETOC one[ETOC every turn of the crank]it should tell you a few things.lots of money for a new engine,so check things out first.

To me this sounds like the roller could be worn, it may be time to replace, or have it replaced with a new one. Make sure that your machine is off and check by wrigiling it around, if there is exessive movement you have found your problem.I hope this helps.

Could be dirty bearings. As long as it is still spinning, it is nothing to worry about. If it suddenly stops one day, it is probably frozen bearings or the brushes in the motor.

Noise when engaging 4wd

I have had this problem and it could be one of three things, first the truck has automatic locking hubs, lack of lubrication to these hubs could cause them to make exessive noise while engaging. also you could need to lubricate your universal joins on your forward drive shaft. lastly my problem was abs wheel sensor actuator in drivers front hub had (internal part of hub looks like a large gear with teeth) had broken a gear off causing the hub to get wear in it making it clunk while engaging the four wheel drive.
