Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
Help me with this please... i can't transfer any songs in it
I got the same problem on WinXP SP3. I haven't fixed the drive mapping issue, however if you have Winamp installed, you can use the Media Library feature of WinAmp which shows you everything on the mp3 player and also drag and drop files and playlists. It works like a charm. Windows Media Player also lets you do it, however I found their interface to be convoluted and confusing to figure out. I didn't want to create a playlist, just drop files onto the player and only WinAmp let me do it with ease. Winamp is free and you can get it at www.winamp.com

Don't worry, it's not Sansa, I purchased a new Sony and a new Samsung MP3s and both are not detected on my computer!

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
