Automatic? Check the fluid.

Manual? Clutch is slipping and needs replacing.

You need to unlock the shouts by spending a dragon soul on each word of the shout.

The specs say the PSU is ATX compatible. Whether that is for the connector only or for the whole power supply is something you will have to determine.

If you have an ATX power supply handy (like in an old computer) give it a try. This one is only 300 Watts so it won't likely be expensive to replace.

you must have installed many a applications on you pc,, and beware,,, do not update your sp, form microdoft web site, it'll slow down your speed,, now you only left with the option is go to control panel,, power option,,, hibernate,,,,, enable hibernate,,,,then go to advace,,, on the option of when i press power button,,, select hibernate,,,, apply,,,, ok.,,,, now whenever you turn off the computer,,, just press power button,, it'll incirese your speed
