Ordered Sept. 12, Wanted to change the delivery address but the order went through automatically, your system is wrong in doing that!
SOURCE: Change delivery server IP Address
I had this problem with an Aficio 2018D using scan router ScanRouter V2 Lite. The MFP would say it couldn't update the delivery list. Deleting/Reinstalling SW, resetting the I/O device and so on, nothing worked. At last I had to use the SP 5845 (see maintenance manual) to manually change the Delivery Server IP address, which was initially set to 127.0.0.1 and had by then been corrupted to 0.0.0.0, to 192.168.1.227 which was the IP address of the WinXP where ScanRouter was running (of course port 3870/tcp must be opened as exception in Windows Firewall). The scanner immediately "saw" the delivery list, updated by itself and, touching wood, worked like a charm ever since.
SOURCE: Count number of Delivery Status
To count textual values, use the countif function; the syntax is =countif(range, criteria). So, if your range, for example is B3 through B100 and you want to know how many cells contain the status value Delivered, put the following in the cell you want the count to show: =countif(b3:b100, "Delivered"). Do the same thing for each of your other status values in the cell that you want the count to appear.
Note that this requires each status value to be spelled correctly in each cell. I'd recommend assigning shorter values, say 1 through 5 or A through E to avoid that -- unless the values are being generated automatically so the spelling is guaranteed correct.

The delivery server IP address is pushed to the machine from the scan router software. If it needs to be updated, you will have to remove and readd the I/O device within the scan router administration utility. If you do not use scan router you can set delivery option to off, and it will eliminate the error message.
what a pity, you can complaint the flower delivery company
