Have a Panasonic Multimedia Projection HDTV, 52LCX65, needs a new replacement lamp. Where can I get the new lamp, and do I need a lamp with new housing, or can I order a lamp by itself?

According to the lamp manual you just need to power the set on with the remote and then press (and hold) the Vol - button on the front of the set, While holding the Vol- button on the front of the set press and hold the PIP button on the remote. HOLD both for more than 5 seconds or until the lamp timer has been reset to 0 appears on the screen.

This is actually a memory error issue on the LCD driver panel board. This will require the repair from a Panasonic authorized servicer as there are no parts needed but they have to use a special reset tool that Panasonic provides to them. Call Panasonic and see if this is a covered repair since it was a well known issue. Please take a moment to rate my answer...Thanks..
