My 5020i can print from networked computers and

My 5020i can print from networked computers and scan to e-mails but it is unable to scan to a folder on the server. When i go to send/new/file/windows (SMB) / it wont allow me to browse the network Any suggestions??

use the rui to setup destination \\computername\filename the file must be shared and the computer must need a username and password
