It should pull through the coil and blow out the front. The best way to find out is look at the coil. Is there dirt on the inside of the coil or the outside? If there is dirt on the inside, it tells you its been blowing through the coil. If there is dirt outside the coil it tells you its been pulling through the coil. Generally, pulling through the coil gives more square inches of air passage across the coil. Hope this helps.

You need to replace the fan capacitor. Your compressor is probably in thermal overload you can cure this by turning off the disconnect your ac voltage and taking a cool water hose and running over the top of the compressor for a while. Then turn your disconnect back on and listen and feel of the big copper line to see if it gets cold and also listen to see if the compressor kicks on.

May i know the rotation of the two auxillary fan along the radiator to reduced the heat on it

The fans can spin in either direction based on how the fan blade is position. If you're worried about the fan facing the right direction here's how to verify it. When the fan is on it is suppose to pull the air through the radiator and pushing it out into the engine compartment. Basically the fan helps more air come into the front of the car which in return cools down the radiator. So just check which way the air is being sucked in and pushed out, the outwards air should be going in the direction towards the rear of the vehicle. If you have any more questions please let me know.

Check to be sure you can get a replacement fan first, they last about 4 - 5 years. Available from a parts supplier or electric motor company.
Unplug fridge. Located usually in top of freezer behind a vented cover plate. Remove cover, remove screws holding fan in, may have to cut wires. Replace with new motor, make sure the fan spins the same direction (CW OR CCW) as your old one, if you don't know which way it should spin then be sure it pushes air into the freezer area and doesn't spin backward drawing air from the freezer area.

Fan is on but it is not cold could it be the compressor

The evaporator fan motor may be on but not spinning fast enough. They last 4-5 years.

Exterior fan doesn't spin unless lightly pushed. Is there such a thing as a 'fan clutch' that may cause such a problem? How is this problem repaired?

If it spins up to speed with a little help from your hand or whatever, then my guess is that a fan start capacitor is faulty. It gives fan a voltage surge/spike to get it up to speed from off.
