Question about Lexmark X5250 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I had same problem, and found small lever had come off. The top has to be removed and then screws in ink cartrige acess must be removed to remove cover. Be carefull of ribbon connecions. Small lever must be retrieved , and fitted on small switch on circuitboard , half round end upwards. Good Luck. Took me a few hours to fix.

I got the error message when i moved my printer. i followed these instructions and found a small, black plastic toggle that was to blame. print the instructions--i've had to "repair" a couple of times now.

Open up the lid and on the right hand top side there is a slot where you can reset the printer, when you reset it, your ink cartridges will slide over, that is how you can reset it
