No sound on computer- MAG Innovision Model 468

Solution 1 It might have defaulted your sound button to mute Got to control panel Sound and see if sound has been muted
Solution 2 unplug jack out of plug at rear of computer test it in other jack holes what might have happened is that the default setting for speaker and mic might have swapped round best way is play some music and move jack plug around see if you get any sound
Solution 3 Sometimes the sound software needs re setting bring it up and re sett speekers and mike setting by the colours you have you jack in remember front and rear you will be mainly dealing with rear jack interface green pink blue white etc
hope this helps

Light underneath turns on, but cursor doesn't move and I can't click anything

Unplug it, restart your computer and try it again. Only this time plug it in before you restart the computer. It should detect the new hardware. If that doesn't work, try another USB port. Could be a problem with the internal functions of the mouse also. Good luck

I suspect you have not plugged them back into the correct socket. The plug is coloured green and therefore should go back into the green socket. you have probably plugged it back into the blue or pink sockets. Use a torch to check that is in the green one.

Very difficult to move the cursor around. It seems to be stuck and does not allow me to easily navigate. When I am inside my email browser it moves just fine.

Turn your computer off. Unplug the mouse or the wireless transmitter if it is wireless. Start the computer and wait for all programs to load. When they are all loaded plug the mouse in and wait for the drivers to be loaded. It should work fine now.
