Yes, but not as often as some believe. Many scenes seem improvised mainly due to the way they were written and/or acted, but it was confirmed by Jenna Fischer on her blog that a very large portion of the show is scripted. One of the more famous improvised scenes is the Michael/Oscar kiss in the episode "Gay Witch Hunt" (which Steve Carell decided to do while cameras were rolling), and Dwight's question to Toby about the female anatomy in "Sexual Harrassment" (Rainn Wilson added a few more questions for Dwight to ask).

Did Superboy and Miss Martian still have feelings for each other.

I definitely see the potential for them to reunite there and think it would make a lot of sense. The feelings are definitely still there. Even Lagoon Boy sees it, hence, his being intimidated by SB/MM's past together. He gets nervous when they are alone. That means there is major uncertainty/insecurity on his part, IMHO, as to where M'gann's heart lies.

Who are the main antagonists on the show?

That would depend on your point of view. The most frequent antagonists are the criminals and gang members that appear on the show. However the show is very clever on how it perceives each of it's characters on which of them are actually bad. The strike team members, do an excessive amount of heinous acts, although most people are rooting for them. Other police officers, including Aceveda, Claudette, Dutch and Kavenaugh all try and catch the Strike Team members in criminal acts, portraying them as the antagonists. Although for the most part, when not interacting with the Strike Team, these characters are shown to be protagonists.Even the Strike Team members are shown to be antagonists from time to time. Vic and Shane are both shown to be very dark characters at different points in the show. Especially in season 7.

Where are the railway carriages from?

They are based on the Worth Valley Railway near Keighley in West Yorkshire (http://www.kwvr.co.uk/) and are often in use for the public to travel in during special events. They are owned by the Vintage Carriages Trust (http://www.vintagecarriagestrust.org/) and the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Trust (http://www.lyrtrust.org.uk/) - one of theirs is the unique Blackpool Club Carriage of 1912, which was partly refurnished on set to be Winston Churchill's travelling office.

Why did they recast Daario Naharis?

Ed Skrein, who played Daario in season three, was cast as the lead in the new Transporter film, so scheduling conflicts arose. Though in a recent interview, Ed Skrien implied that he wanted to return for the role, but "politics" prevented it. But he wouldn't go into more detail than that. The part has been recast with Dutch actor Michiel Huisman who fans might recognize from the role of Sonny on Treme and Liam on Nashville.

Why did Walter let Todd die?

Walt didn't care about Todd. He simply took him under his wing after Jesse quit. Walt only ever cared about Jesse and his family. Walt actually went to the compound with the intention of killing Jesse along with the Nazis. After seeing how Todd and the rest of the Neo-Nazis had treated Jesse, and feeling partly responsible for Jesse's capture; decided to save him instead. Given Todd's previously killing an innocent young boy, Andrea, torturing Jesse and forcing him into slave labour is what sealed Todd's fate. So Walt felt Jesse deserved to be the one to kill Todd.
