My t-sonic 610 is not opening

I am using sonic T-610 mp3 player since 3 years. But recently I try to play it. But it does not start. please help me hot to open ? And I am a resident of Hubballi-580031 Karnataka, please give me the address of Transcend service centre for service of my transcend T-sonic 610 repair. please,

SOURCE: transcend t sonic 610 2 gb player is not getting format

when you purchased the t sonic mp3 player 610 box pack at that time or in that box one CD is there. put that CD in CD ROM and install recovery. then in recovery or where the recovery is install go there and select firmware update, when we update the firmware virsion at that time the data will be loss.during the update don't disconnect the drive.

plug your sonic 610 into usb port on your computer once its reconized right click on your device then select new folder the name it music drop and drag your songs in that folder.

Please help me! I was format my T.sonic 610 (512MB) in Windowns, now I can play MP3, I had music file in T.sonic but has the message "**No File**"? Thanks.
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer ordownload them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

You have probably turned on the sleep timer.This function sets a time delay to automatically power OFF regardless of playback status.In the SETTINGS menu, use <<and>> to select “Sleep Timer” then press Z and then press the play/pause button.Then use the + or - keys to highlight disable and then press the play pause button again. Let me know if it worked.

Not powering ON..getting switched off Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 PLayer
Do NOT format it -- I did a complete format as another user suggested and now it only appears to be useful as a pen drive. It will not play anything and I've tried reinstalling the firmware and it doesn't even recognize that it's an mp3 player so I can't install it!
