Question about Hoover F7425-900 SteamVac V2 Widepath Upright Vacuum
Try putting the recovery tank on again. check the filter screen at the bottom by the brushes and in side of the recovery tank screen. worst case, it will be the rubber grament under the recovery tank, to get to it you will have to.... remove the recovery tank and you will look for a pipe standing up. there should be some time of rubbery grament there, if not get that from the company or from your local vac shop.
