Question about HTC G1
I don't have a g1, but I have both a VZW Eris and a VZW Moto Droid. I use yxflash (available in the Android Market, free, [have not tried or needed paid version yet]). It is from mobilesoft.kr, who seem to be a leading mobile multimedia expert software development company. They support Win Mobile, IPhone, S60 and Android devices.
The free version works for me, as long as t don't try to play to large a file. It will not launch from the Android Webkit based browser, but you can select "save link" and then play the file from your SD card's download directory.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
