I'm having exactly the same issue and no one has been of any help. Only difference with me is that I'm using Windows 7 and have 8GB of RAM.
What we need is someone who knows what's going on to tell us if there is something we need to change in our BIOS, or something like that.

GA-EP43 -UD3L motherboard will not boot with 16 GB of memory

Time to RMA, sounds like you have a faulty memory channel on the MB. Possibility the slots are not getting enough power to handle all 4, you try to see if you can increase power in bios.

Will not boot

Normally is an incompatibility with CPU. You would need to change the CPU to and older one (compatible) and update the BIOS to last version. That should fix it.

Motherboard will not post no video either if i have the 12v 4pin cpu plug in its socket the pc just starts and stops in a loop

The motherboard is stopping while you connecting the 12V 4pin connector because of VRM short circuit (Voltage Raiser Module, CPU V-Core circulatory). Contact Nearest Gigabyte support center for support.

No power to GA-EP43-DS3L motherboard

When connecting your psu and its atx connector to the mainboard, have you connected the +4 connector ? If your psu does not have this extra +4 connector, you may need to buy one.

Also check you have connected the cpu power (12v 4 pin plug)

Continuous short beeps on power up.Then shuts down and trys again, then repeats beep sequence. 21 beeps in total before attempts to reboot. Power - 550W Q9400 Intel ESC 9600GT Video card 8 Gig DDR2

enter bios setup and check the temperature of your mobo and cpu if it's above normal and also check the cpu fan's speed if theres no problem with these three then try to remove all the expansion cards you have then reset the memory modules if the beeping continues try a different PSU and memory modules.

8GB G.Skill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK in Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L rev. 2.0

If they are not a matched pair it will not work. If you have two sets of matched pairs. Each pair will have to go into the right pairing slot. Example one set you go in slots 0 and 2 and the other in slots 1 and 3. If you have stickers on the memory sticks look for a group of numbers and letters one group will match it's mate.
