Question about Boating
If you put a new battery in the boat then look around the battery and make 100% sure that you hooked up ALL of the accessory wires to both NEG and POS posts. Sounds dumb but I have come accross it multiple times. As for the engine, if it turns over but will not start then I am about 80% sure that you need to have your carbs cleaned. Fuel sits in the bowl of the carb, then after about 30 days starts to varnish, after varnish it starts to look like mollasses. Then spring comes around and you squeeze the fuel bulb and crank it over forcing that old **** into your idle jets. That is why it is really a good idea to have your carbs fogged before you store your boat for the winter.
