Generic problem for all Canon Printers

On/Off button flashing green and amber. St...

On/Off button flashing green and amber. Started after trying to clean cartridge nozzles.
This happened when I accidentally clicked too many buttons when trying to clean print heads and clear print cartridges.
Have already tried turning on and off, disconnecting the usb and power cords.
Have not yet done a re-start on the computer.
