Slimtype dvd a ds8a1p ata device driver download

Hi,

You may already have the driver on your laptop. Follow the following instructions to install them:
To solve the issue, you have to edit the windows registry
Click Start, then Run, type REGEDT32 and click OK.
Locate and then remove the following registry values:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlCl ***{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}LowerFilters

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlCl ***{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}UpperFilters

Close Registry Editor.
Reboot the system for the changes to take effect.

Hope this solves your problem.

Slimtype DVD a Ds8a1p Ata Device Driver NOT FOUND IN MY NOTE BOOK AND NOT HAVING DRIVER IN CD

Go into your BIOS and see if the drive is recognized in there. If its not, then you'll need to turn off the laptop. Take out the drive from the system and then put the drive back into the system. Now go back into the BIOS and see if its recognized in there. If it is still not recognized then the drive is bad and would need to be replaced.

If the drive is recognized then go into windows into the device manager and see if the drive is there. If its not recognized properly then that means you might either have spyware or a virus on the computer. You can also try replacing the drive as well to make sure its not a drive problem.

Slimtype dvd a ds8a1p wont burn disc

Do a CTRL+ALT+DELETE and open the Task Manager.

Burning requires a good and stable supply of resources from you computer. Close any unecessary application, processes and services which may be sucking up your available resources (I Highly recommend you get and install "The Ultimate Troubleshooter") to help you keep only relevant and necessary apps and services that are needed by your computer. This program anyalyzes, identifies and reports to you everything is finds running on your pc - explains in plain everyday English what it is, whether you need it or not and how to be rid of it if you dont. Then go to the following link, http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm and install the latest codec pack to make sure your system is up-to-date. make sure your recording media is made for the specification of your dvd burner. I'll say it again, not all DVDs are created equal. The brand of discs you are trying to burn may not be compatible with your burners abilities. Disable any anti-spyware, malware, and virus protection software you have running. (temporarily) Then try again.

Finally, try burning at a lower speed... a lot of times, this alone is the only problem. STILL NOT WORKING?, run an optical disc lens cleaner which Walmart, Walgreens et. should have for minimal cost. If this doesn't work, then there is something more seriously wrong which will require a trip to a repair center
