Wow , no symptoms stated, no stated part bad, must we guess?
my wild guess is front wheel bearing hubs failure.
or the locking hubs, or axle bearings or what,
ill guess wheel bearings. and a photo.
ok , if you pretend to buy them, what do you see,
if no bearings sold then they are unitized hubs..
easy no?
or go online at isuzu and see the pages, there, drawrings
that is 2nd way.
3rd way is look on mitchells , like all mech do when lost?
my guess when you said wheel , you meant bearing hubs.
they are not the same.\

this post is 5 days old , i bet you did all this already\
also what ISUZU does or did has nothing at all what aftermarket might do or sell.
see? and I can login to every store for you and read every hub sold on earth.
yes, Isuzu did use discrete bearings, as seen here. and seal 9
and must be torqued using spec rules , do not GUESS or it will fail again, in 3000 miles or less, have proof.
here is the rules on nut5 above
Install the hub nut and tighten it to 22 ft. lbs. (29 Nm). Fully loosen the nut and attach a spring scale to the wheel. If the old bearings are being reused and a new grease seal was installed, tighten the hub nut until 2.6–4.0 lbs. (1.2–1.8 kg) of force are needed to spin the wheel. If new bearings and a new grease seal are being used, tighten the hub nut until 4.4–5.5 lbs. (2.0–2.5 kg) of force are needed to spin the wheel. If the measured wheel bearing preload is not within these specifications, loosen or tighten the hub nut until the specifications are achieved.
