Try starting up the computer in VGA mode. Turn on the power, before the windows logo comes up tap on F8 a few times to get the advanced start up options on your screen. Select VGA mode from the list and press enter.

If you can't do this, try another display start up in vga mode and then swap the display back.

I assume your talking about a computer display and your having a problem with your computer.
