Moved my M20i 20 feet now it won't copy or scan. Have done the Lock/Unlock of scanner. Worked before I moved it, but not now. Have upgraded the firmware and reset everything.

If you're using the PC to initialize the operation you want to do, and the USB cable is longer than 15 feet, then you will need to reduce the distance between the PC and the printer and use a shorter cable. USB cables should not be longer than 15 feet. Anything longer adds to data corruption and the printer refuses to work.
If you're using the on-printer dashboard to do the scanning/copying then it may happen that some wires came loose. See if the printer can print from the PC, to verify that the printing mechanism is OK. Then, turn off and back on the device and see if the scanner lights up and does the initial alignment. This should make some noise and move the scan head back and forward an inch or so (depending on the model). If the initialization of the scanner works that will mean there are no loose wires.
If the scanner does not go through the initialization procedure then probably some wires got loose inside and you'll need to open it and check the connections. If the scanner does initialize then you should run a self-diagnostic procedure from the printer dashboard. This should be a menu selection (usually in the Troubleshooting section). Check your users manual for the self-diagnostic procedure and how to run it.
Also, you may try to remove the toner/printing assembly and re insert it, just to jumpstart the diagnostic procedure that may then fix the problem by itself without throwing out any messages on the built in LCD.

I have a pro 97 hand held cant get it out of clone mode

Your scanner is designed to automatically enter CLONE mode when a cloning cable is attached, and to exit CLONE mode when the cable is disconnected. If you do not currently have a cable connected, you will need to INITIALIZE your scanner to return it to normal operation. NOTE: Initializing the scanner will erase/delete all programmed data and return the scanner to its original factory settings. Before starting this procedure, be sure that you have a record of all programming information so that you can reprogram your scanner.

To INITIALIZE the PRO-97:

1. Turn the scanner OFF.
2. Turn the scanner ON. "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" appears.
3. Press the 0 (zero) key while "Multi-system Trunking Scanner" appears.
4. Press the 1 (one) key.
5. Press the ENT key. "Initializing please stand by" appears on the display for about five seconds.

Do not turn the scanner OFF until the initialization process is complete. When it is complete "M000" will appear on the top line of the display, and "Bank 0 Ch 00" will appear on the third line of the display.

Once the process is complete you can begin to reprogram the scanner.

You need to clean NVRAM on Lexmark X5470 printer. Please follow the steps given below to clear NVRAM on Lexmark X5470 printer:

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Hold down "#5" button and turn the printer back on.
3. Keep holding "#5" button for about 5-10 seconds.
4. Press "Menu" button once.
5. Press the right arrow until display shows "Tools."
6. Press "Check" button once.
7. Press the "Right" arrow button again until display shows "Maintenance."
8. Press "Check" button again.
9. Press the "Right" arrow button again until display shows "Manufacturing."
10. Press "Check" button again.
11. Press "Right" arrow until display shows "Clean NVRAM."
12. Press "Check" button to clear nvram.

Next, try this printer self-test by following the steps given below:

1. Make sure the printer is in “Copy Mode.”
2. Press the “Menu” button once.
3. The screen will display “Copy Menu: Copies”.
4. Press the left arrow button once. The screen will display “Copy Menu: Tools”.
5. Press the check button once. The screen with read “Tools: Maintenance”.
6. Press the check button once. The screen with read “Maintenance: Ink Levels”.
7. Press the right arrow button until the screen reads “Maintenance: Print Test Page”.
8. Press the check button once. This will start the Self-Test. Once the page has printed, the printer will stop. The test is not continuous.

The self-test should at least print out a set of either a solid black or solid color bars, if not both (if you have a printer with both color and black installed simultaneously). Should this test fail, please try it again without cartridges installed. If the self-test still fails to take paper in and make sounds like the carrier is moving across the paper, this is a hardware issue, and the printer will require service. If the self-test completes without any cartridges installed, run the self-test again with only a color cartridge installed (If you have both black and color cartridges, after this test, run the test again with just the black cartridge installed). If you find that either cartridge causes the self-test to fail, please let us know.

If the self-test prints, but has lines or smudges or other print quality issues, please let us know. This includes any print quality issues - we need to know if the problems you have with your black or color are based in the printer, or communications with your computer, or the computer's software.

If the self-test prints your test bar(s) clearly, the printer hardware is not at fault.

Lexmark x3330 Error message

Please remove the cartridges from the printer. Take a dry lint free paper towel and gently wipe the contacts on the back of the cartridge (not the bottom from where ink is present). Wipe the contacts inside the printer (on cartridge carrier). Please snap the cartridges back into the cartridge carrier.

Next, try this printer self-test by following the steps given below:

1. Turn off power.
2. Press and hold the "Black Copy" and the "Power" buttons at the same time. Continue holding then until the screen displays "Mfg Menus Enabled."
3. Press the "Menu"(--->) button 2 times.
4. Screen will read "LCD Button Test," press "(-)" button 2 times.
5. Screen will read "Single Test Page," press the "Menu" button once.

You should see text followed by a thick 1-inch black bar. Under this bar, should be a process gray bar about a 1/2-inch thick. Below this line should be a set of railroad like bars of cyan, magenta, and yellow.

Should this test fail, try it again without cartridges installed. If the self-test still fails to take paper in and make sounds like the carrier is moving across the paper, this is a hardware issue, and the printer will require service. If the self-test completes without any cartridges installed, run the self-test again with only the color cartridge installed. (If you have both black and color cartridges, after this test, run the test again with just the black cartridge installed.) The paper is not feeding properly on my printer. As it advances the paper crumples or tilts at an angle and then just stops. A paper jam message appears. Solution Attempts. 1. I turn the machine...

Most of Lexmark printers (including the Z- and X- series) pull the paper down on one side slightly faster than the other. The printer hardware should even this out when printing. You should also ensure the paper meets the automatic feeder requirements of the printer.

If printing is skewed, feeding multiple pages or jamming, please follow these instructions (use a regular letter size paper to test after doing the steps given below):

Please check to ensure there is nothing obstructing the paper feed mechanism down inside the printer where it is not easily seen. If there is nothing obvious, unplug the printer and remove the paper. Open the front cover and look above the steel rod. You should see a conveyor belt with rubber teeth on it, like a fan belt. Take the bottom part of that belt and move it gently to the left. The cartridges should come out with it. Make sure the cartridges can move fully from one side of the printer to the other. Check also the output rollers on the bottom of the printer for any blockage. If it is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot. Turn the printer off. Next take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the paper feed slot (The manual paper feed slot is preferred, but the automatic feed will do if there is no manual paper feed for this printer) until it comes completely through the printer to the back of the exit rollers. Move it up and down and slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate this may work it loose or you may have to feed the envelope through the front rollers and push your way backward (please be careful here).

Next, take a damp warm cloth and clean the rubber rollers in the automatic sheet feeder. Dust may be coating the rollers there and as they become less tacky, they cannot feed paper correctly.
Then plug the printer back up, take your paper out and replace it with a fresh, small stack (about 5 pages) of paper. Quickly bend the stack in an 'S' shape a few times to separate pages. Make sure it is lined up on the right side of the paper feed and the paper guide on the left is snug on the left side of the paper. Then try to form feed again. If that works, then try to print the self test page.

Please follow the steps given below to perform the self-test:
