My indicator sound will not work on my 2006 Ford Territory, where do i find the Relay?

In a 2006 Ford Territory, the turn signal relay is located in the central junction box, also known as the fuse box. Here's how you can locate and access the relay:
  1. Find the central junction box: The central junction box in the Ford Territory is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side. It is usually positioned towards the lower part of the dashboard, near the pedals.
  2. Remove the cover: Once you've located the central junction box, you'll need to remove the cover to access the relays and fuses inside. The cover may have clips or screws holding it in place. Use a flathead screwdriver or the appropriate tool to remove any screws or release the clips to detach the cover.
  3. Locate the turn signal relay: Inside the central junction box, you'll find a grid or diagram that indicates the different relays and fuses. Look for the turn signal relay, which is often labeled with its specific function or identified by a symbol representing the turn signals. Refer to the owner's manual or the diagram inside the junction box for the exact location of the turn signal relay.
  4. Replace or test the relay: If you're experiencing issues with the indicator sound, you can try replacing the turn signal relay with a new one. Alternatively, you can test the relay using a multimeter or consult a professional mechanic to diagnose the problem accurately.
Remember to disconnect the car's battery before working on the electrical components to prevent any electrical mishaps. If you're uncertain about locating or handling the relay, it's recommended to consult a qualified mechanic or refer to the vehicle's service manual for detailed instructions specific to your 2006 Ford Territory model.

I need to know where the rear turn signal/brake light relays are located.

No relays-seems to be a disease spreed on the internet

& no one has any idea what a relay is (it is a switch)

Brakes lights have a switch behind the brake pedal arm

You can have a flasher that may look like a relay, for the

turn signals

That will be under the hood in the power distribution or fuse box,

in plain site

Your best to make sure ALL & every lamp on the vehicle is good,

not burnt out & go from there, never had a failed flasher from 1962 thru now (52 years)

The blinkers on are ford don't work we tried to but in fuses but all the fuses work

If the lights come on but just do not flash, replace the flasher relay. Your Thunderbird has 2 flasher relays. One for the Turn signals and one for the Hazard lights. The turn signal relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in lower corner of fuse block . The hazard relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in rear of fuse block. Replace the one for the Turn Signals. The turn signals dont work on a 2000 Ford EXplorer

most likely not in the fuse box nor is it a relay, check the fuse and replace if necessary. Turn on your hazards and listen for a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. Normally the hazard and turn signal flashers or near each other. Not a Ford fan so I can't exactly say where it is located.
