Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Motorola RAZR V3 Cellular comes on but the keys will not work

I have had my new phone for three weeks and today it randomly stop letting me push the keys. The phone will ring and I can answer the phone, if I see it ringing since the phone put itself in silent ring tone. I have removed and replaced the battery hoping this would help. It starts up and goes right back to the orginal screen stating I have three unread messages. Then after several seconds the phone will shut down because of inactivity because I get no response from the keys.

Re: Motorola RAZR V3 Cellular comes on but the keys will...

Since it is new you have a warranty for it! return it to where to bought it from and ask for a new one! its what you've paid for.

I was really confused this morning because even if I click exit, it goes back to the same thing on its own. when I get a chance to press menu, it just whirls around as if I'm pressing the arrow over to choose a category but I'm not.. its weird.. probably the weirdest phone I've ever had
