Where can I find a source for replacement parts and a replacement manual

The manual is available here:

http://www.devicemanuals.com/manual/Wolfgang-Puck-Food-Processor-BFPR0015-Instruction-==TVRVeE1qUTM=.html

You have to enter the 4 digit security code in the picture to download and it is case sensitive.

Can't find any where online where you can get parts but this is their contact page with their phone number and contact form:

Hope this helps!
