Honda has three wires. one to solinoid , other seem to be for charging system or engine cut out

the charging system runsfrom a stator which is underneath the flywheel and runs to a rectifier/regulator module and to the battery. it will power the blades if it is an electric clutch system and also the fuel plunger system on the carbuerator

Turn the mixture screw on the carburator slowly counter clock wise till the idel stabalizes.

make sure your coil has not move ajust to 010. gap check magent on flywheel.see if strong.if all is ok yes coil is bad
