Sometimes this can happen when the power button does not return completely when pressed in. My cheap & cheerful solution was to use a bit of Blu-Tak on the button, so I could pull it all the way out.
could be that the belt has come off of is jammed take the back off if it come off and take a look or turn on it side and look under it could also me a wight has come off and jammed
usually one of 2 things,either the 240volt heating element is shorting out to the element housing or the dryer drum motor has bad windings or the end bearings are dried out causing the motor to work harder and draw excessive current to start and keep running
Door won't unlock
Did all of the water drain out of the washer during the spin?
Select DRAIN & SPIN to remove any water remaining in the washer. The washer door will unlock at the end of the drain.
Is the door locked and is the "Add Garment" light on?
Press START/PAUSE once. The door will unlock.
