I'm rewiring a 1988 Daelim Citi 100. Slices everywhere, black to green to red to brown. Voltage Regulator 8volts output. Connector colors: Yellow, White, Green, Green? In Cambodia the mechanics adjust the valve clearance to 0.00mm. What is the actual clearance?
Petrol tappet clearance on petrol engines run around .010" hot inlet and .012" hot exhaust ( .009" and .011" would be minimum )
setting to no clearance will hold both valves off the seats and make starting and running difficult
as to splicing wires , you will need a chematics to get it correct
generally the practice is red is active and black is neutral with green as ground /earth
go google and type in wiring schematics for ( make and model of unit ) and see if there is a pdf version to down load
Testimonial: "The Honda Dealim Citi 100 is an upgraded version of the Honda CB90. Valve clearance of the 1990 CB90 is .002 on both intake and exhaust. Not sure of the Korean version. My Honda 550/4 was .006, .009 ? These bikes sold new for $300 1990"

Hi Wiley
This is not a US make, so we have no real info available.
