Question about Fisher Paykel EcoSmart GWL15
Machine should reset when it has regained "balance". It is possible the the OOB switch lever is stuck on the tub ( it is under the top in the right corner and hangs parallel to the tub ). Move tub around and reset load. Sometimes the OOB switch get corroded or breaks and needs to be replaced in order to clear the fault. Call F/P.

I also had the same issue with my GWL11 US but the switch was fine after testing in diagnostic mode 4 (push tub to back right and 4th wash light should come on). After taking the top off, found that bias spring that connects from front left support rod to red spring bias clip on outer tub had come disconnected. Probably one big out of balance load knocked it off. Looks like it got a stretched a bit so ordered from searspartsdirect for $11 with shipping. Current spring is still reconnected and no problems completing cycle so far.
That spring aint much, but it keeps the outer tub from moving to the back right and triggering the out of balance sensor, which was causing machine to stop in the spin cycle. Everything else seems to be in good working order upon visual inspection. Both F&P washer and dryer have been easy to work with and repair so far (dryer had bad/squeaky pulley that needed replacement after 6 yrs).

That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.
first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.
Hope this solves your Problem.
