All motherboards generally have a common way of connecting to the rest of the computer. Unfortunately, without knowing the specific details of your motherboard it is impossible to give directions on how to set it up.

In order to solve your problem you will need the manufacturer's installation manual. This can be done by doing a search for the manufacturer and model number (usually printed on the motherboard itself). Then go to the manufacturers website and you can find the manuals that correspond to the motherboard you are trying to set up.

I put this motherboard in a different case and now I need the mb schematics to hook it all back up Dell Inspiron 518 with intel G33 motherboard..the case went bad

It is rare that you actually need schematics to hook up a motherboard in a new case. If you look closely at the connections on the motherboard there is white lettering to let you know where to hook up what connectors.

PWR for power, SATA 0 for the first sata device, etc. If this does not help let me know and I will find the manual or document you need.

I accidentally unpluged the reset and power from my motherboard and do not know which pins to hook to

if you open the case, on the bottom of the motherboard is a set of pins, you will need a light to read the small writing but it should say RST (for reset) and PWR (for power) hook up accordingly

I am moving the motherboard to another case that ATX and AT motherboard compatible; but, I need to know how to hook-up the cases front light, sound, external USB, power switch and indicator light etc.,...

Hi there.
Get a strong flashlight and a magnifying glass (if you have one). On the motherboard look for the front panel, it should be marked PWR and coloured green, also the plug that connects to it should be marked PWR_SW. On some boards there are no colours but the markings are the same, so take a good close look.

Hard Drive hook up

usually on the Dimensions, it's a blue or grey SATA cable that goes from the drives to the motherboard. Dell has those as accessories, amongst others online
