I have been maintaining and fixing problems, replacing parts etc on Sungift 500 for a neighbour for about 12 years.
A couple of years ago I could not quickly fix it and was just going on 2 weeks holiday so he bought a replacement and gave me the Sungift 500.
Last year I replaced several damaged electrical parts all from RS COMPONENTS and got it running and fully restored again. Just as well as I have become unwell and need it myself!
I have never been able to source a manual for it but over the years have traced through all the wiring whilst fixing problems. I have just completed a wiring diagram from the rough scribbles made previously.
I only have it in *.pdf and *.docx formats that can not be added as an image to this comment, I can send it to you as an email attachment.

Contact your local mobility centre, they normally have somewhere they get all manuals , you could always try to google it also, imput scooter name and manuL download at the end, if its available on line that should bring it up.
