You must write/phone the company to get that address - it has to have a company-provided rma #, or your return will not be processed.

Trio Mp# player... won't let me put any tunes on it...

IF you're using Windows 98 or 98SE, you have to use the driver software that came (should have come) on a disc with the player. ME, XP or Vista should automatically detect it as a flash drive when you connect it via USB.

However, I have had no luck in getting it to play .wma's like it's supposed to be able to. .mp3's, however, work just fine.

Only 90 songs

90 songs = normal for a 1GB player. The # of songs that the companies list on their leaflets are never right - they are idealized projections based on ultra-compressed format and song length of only 2 minutes. Very unrealistic.

What should i do?

Connect it to your USB port and try a Firmware re-load. There should be a disc and instructions supplied with your player. Things like unplugging the player during loading, battery failing etc, can cause a Firmware crash that can often only be resolved by re-loading.

Wont turn on

i'm not sure what the problem is, but i have the exact same MP3 player and it does the same thing. It won't even say the welcome screen, it will just starting blinking the backlight with a blank screen until you pull the battery out. it is annoying, and one of the worst MP3 players i've had.
