If you hold all three buttons down for 10 sec, it will go a solid color. you can now pair. your phone may ask for a passcode. use 0000, or 1234.

You can try to delete the H710 out of your HTC's history. Then power the phone off and on again. Then go back through the pairing process to see if it improves. You can also try to reset the headset.

Try to pair again. Make sure you erase the profile from your phone. Then pair again. If you keep hearing pink. there is damage to the speaker on your headset.

The default numeric passkey for the H710, is 0000.

I just paired my H710 with a brand new BB Tour, with no problems.
