The MAP sensor voltage is too low. The PCM regulates this voltage, but a short to ground or MAP sensor failure could bring this voltage down. So you need to check the wire bundle for chaving against some metal part. Known is a stud on the aft side of the head where a wire bundle passes.
Go half way between the air cleaner box and the "carburetor". Up the 4" black air pipe, a wire harness plug plugs into the MAP sensor there. Also called MAS air flow sensor.
