Choosing The Best Pregnancy Pillow For Mums-To-Be
The importance of having the best maternity pillow at your disposal during the various stages of pregnancy is often overlooked by many mothers-to-be. One of the main contributing factors which affect spinal health and a sound nights sleep is the dreaded back pain during pregnancy. Unfortunately it is extremely common, and according to spine health experts it's estimated that a massive 50-80% of women experience some form of lumbar pain throughout the trimesters which also carries on post birth.
I see that you are looking to see how hot your Frigidaire dryer, model# FER311FS, actually gets, due to you not having temperature controls on your particular model. Being that you have just the timed dry cycle, it provides up to 100 minutes of drying time at high heat for regular and permanent press items. When drying permanent press items, turn the cycle selector to 40-50 minutes. This is the average time needed to dry most loads of permanent press items. The load tumbles without heat during the last 10 minutes of the Timed Dry cycle. Use this setting to refresh clothing, pillows or blankets or to dust draperies. Heat-sensitive items such as plastics, foam rubber or similarly textured rubber-like materials or items containing feathers or down should be dried only with this setting. Hope this is helpful.
Hi dear. Here is some help from the user manual.I hope that helps.Thanks.
DryingRack To use the drying rack Do not remove the lint screen. 1. Open dryer door.
2. Place drying rack inside dryer drum, positioning the back wire
on the ledge of the inner dryer back panel. Push down on
front edge of drying rack to secure over the lint screen.
3. Put the wet items on top of the rack. Leave space between
the items so air can reach all the surfaces.
NOTE: Do not allow items to hang over the edge of the rack.
4. Close the door.
5. Select a timed drying cycle and temperature, or an air cycle
(see following chart). Items containing foam, rubber, or plastic
must be dried on a clothesline or by using the Air Only
temperature setting.
6. You must select a time by pressing MORE TIME or LESS
TIME. Reset time as needed to complete drying. Refer to the
following table.
7. Press (and hold) HOLD TO START button (about 1 second).
NOTE: You must remove rack for normal tumbling. Do not use
automatic cycles with the drying rack.
This chart shows examples of items that can be rack dried and
the suggested cycle, temperature setting and drying time. Actual

drying time will depend on the amount of moisture items hold.
The delicate cycle is for damp, not wet delicate items. It is more warm air then hot and will not dry wet items forsay. If you have delicate items that need more drying try putting them inside a pillow case and tying the end closed long with a higher setting. Works great with stuffed toys too
Amazingly, there is! This mp3 memory foam neck pillow comes with built-in speakers. Simply plug in your portable audio player, lean back, relax, and enjoy. The Memory Foam MP3 Neck Pillow is available from Amazon.com for $36.99 or from the Smarthome website for the same amount. You should be advised that because it plays your music on speakers, this thing might interrupt other people.
Memory foam neck pillows come in many varying densities, sizes and shapes. Usually, when you seek out a chart for memory foam pillows, they give you suggestions based on your height only. While that is a good start, you need to also consider the following: Do you sleep on your side, back, stomach or a combination of all three? Do you prefer a small, medium or large pillow now? What kind of pillow are you used to sleeping on? Is it firm, medium or soft? Do you suffer from neck pain? Knowing the answer to these questions will help you in selecting the right memory foam pillow, or may suggest that you would prefer a different pillow altogether. For example, if you sleep on your stomach, a neck pillow might not work at all. You might want to check out a memory foam pillow that's shaped like the standard pillows we all grew up using.
On mine, nothing "clamps down". There are 3 positions in the plastic rack into which you can insert the wire rest - "F", "H", and "A". God knows what they mean (I think the one rack is intended to be used in various dryers, of different depths), but if I use the rearmost position = "A", the back end of the wire rest rests on the non-moving rear of the drum, and the front of the rack rests on the lint screen holder. Seems to work, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired.
