Why my nokia c5 screen shows startup fails contact the retailer

If you ever tried debranding the phone youself and made a pigs ear of it, and your phone says " phone start up failed, contact the retailer" below is a way of reformatting the phone back to the original factory settings.

1 power the phone off, 
2 press and keep down the keeys green/talk + '3' + '*', - power on the phone at the same time
3 release the keys when the formatting starts.

hi you should get your mobile flash at your retailer's as trying to doing this by your own may damage the phone ;)
