You could try your local friendly camera store, or look on Ebay for a similar item. Alternatively, try contacting the manufacturer. If all else fails, cut a correctly sized piece from a classroom eraser and attach it with gaffer tape.

Monopod ball head loses stability

Is the ball joint getting worn? I'd contact the manufacturer and see if you can order a new ball. As it gets older, it doesn't fit the socket as well (kind of like Grandma's first replacement hip!) and things get floppy. Either a new ball or perhaps putting something rubbery, like a gasket, around the socket, to provide some friction (you could use Sugru, a couple dabs of Marine Boat Glue or Shoe-Goo, really anything rubbery-feeling will do in a pinch,) should get it working. And if not, there's always black gaffer tape, the photographer's best friend!

I need a manual for national geographic telescope model # NG70FS

You will not find a manual for that imported telescope. NEVER buy scopes from Ebay, craigslist, or any of the big box stores unless you know what you are buying.

Most of them are imported and have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

National geographic telescope NG 114mm 900 EQ Who makes this telescope and would you price this at $150.00 ( used)

Manufacturer is unknown for this scope, but it probably originates in China and is resold with the National Geographic brand name, 150$ seems a little high for a used one. I would probably price it at 100-125$ depending on the condition and the included accessories, if any.
