The free unlock codes are not going to work as most of the time Unlock codes are derived from your IMEI number and as each cellphone has their own IMEI number thus a code which works for one is not going to work for you as well.

There are many websites on internet which provides unlocking services at a very very cheap rate. Google them as per your liking.
