Can you suggest an alternative soft flexible hose for a Karcher power pressure washer 100bar

You need to ensure the Hose can handle the PRESSURE your machine is putting out. The Flexibility is a direct correlation to the requirement of the hose's ability to handle the pressure. Your 100 Bar is equal to 1460 psi. Depending on where you live, there are places that have Hose and Couplers and can make a Hose to your Specifications with the above information.

I have good hose pressure but the head cleaner does not seem to move around the pool any more. I have checked for blockages etc> Could the head be worn out already? It is only 12 months old

The head on these pool cleaners should not be worn in only a year. It is probably another issue. Try this solution. Make sure that the diaphragm is not worn or damaged. This is most likely the problem if you have adequate flow, but the cleaner is not moving anymore. The diaphragm is easy and inexpensive to replace.

380 does not move, belts are ok

There are a lot of moving parts in these cleaners. They are simple if your familiar with them, but can be overwhelming if your not used to working on them. First of all make sure your pressure is good. pressure line could be clogged, pump impeller clogged, or inline filter (if there is one) can get clogged. Assuming pressure is ok, if you take the cleaner apart, there are bearings, and gears that can bind up if they're worn out. Also if the wheels and wheel mounts are worn the wheels can rub and effect the performance. This alone shouldn't stop it, but in combination with other worn parts it can. Obviously the belts worn out, broken, or if they're off will stop the cleaner but you said they are ok. There area number of small houses and slip ties that hold them inside the cleaner that distribute water where needed if the are broken come off, or leaking, that can stop the cleaner as well. How old is your cleaner? if it's more than a couple years (maybe even a year) there are several parts that can wear and need replacement. If the above information doesn't get you back on track. I suggest you take the cleaner into a local pool shop. They will be familiar with it, should inspect it and replace any parts you buy for free.

Cleaner does not climb walls

First of all do you have enough suction? The cleaner originally should have come with a suction gauge. If not the local pool store will have one. How old is your cleaner? When the G3 and G4 cleaners gets over a year or two a number of things wear out and effect the performance. Inspect the diaphragm especially next to and under the small retaining ring and make sure there are no holes or tears. If the diaphragm is over a year old they sometimes get too spongy and effect performance. Also the small rubber pad that holds the large pad can get worn down and stick to the floor and wall. As parts wear down you can get play or slop between the large disc, the small pad, and the foot plate that snaps all the disc to the body. Also the rear cassette where the hose connects gets slop there as well. all of this slop, especially when combined can make the cleaner performance lack greatly. very common to have a cleaner not climb the walls or reach the far end of pool as it once did

Kew Alto Force X-TRA cold water supply pressure sensor problem

Have the same p-washer (5-6 years old) and the same problem. Opened it and the pressure switch is the crook. A plastic pin has an inner and an outer spring on it (two consentric springs). The smaller inner spring is completely rusted away so the switch no longer operates correctly. Obviously the spring was of a too low quality. The service office say a new switch cost around 400NOK (50 euros) - so the washer is too expensive to mend. But I will try to get it working without the inner spring. Doubt if I succed. So will have to dump the washer.
