Question about T-Mobile Dash Smartphone
I have the same complaint, but I don't think there is a technical fix. What I did was to make my volume control strip fairly sensitive, and then pull the ring volume down quickly while I'm checking my text. Volume strip sensitivity settings are found at: Home/settings/volume strip settings.
You have to wonder why these things aren't built in to the phone, or at least why there isn't a manual that covers all troubleshooting. The documentation on these phones is very poor.
