Question about Smeg FME24X Microwave Oven
All microwave sold in US has a dual safety lock sensor.
The most common cause of LOC display is one or both PLASTIC safety is crack,misalign or dirty.
Unplug the microwave,
DO A GOOD cleaning on the door and the metal surface.
Pay close attention on the TWO white plastic hook behind the door handle.
They must be in perfect condition and free from dirt
The hooks activate TWO micro-switches, THE MUST BE MAKE PERFECT contact.
To sum it up
DO a good cleaning
Check and clean the hooks
Check and clean the switches........you should be back in business.

The first step is to unplug it from the wall for a few minutes then try again.
In case it helps, model EM-S5595 is unlocked by holding the Stop/Clear button as in the photo below.
If that does not do it, try Sano/Fisher Service at http://sanyoservice.com/ .
You may also have a keypad or control board problem.
