Holly put some WD40 on the nut and then leave for 1hr. Try by tightening the nut first and it might loosen enough to get the bolt started in the opposite direction. If this dont work find someone with a blow lamp to put some heat to it. Should work

Most time you don't have to get original parts like belts from the manufacturer. Suggest you go to a reputable lawn and tractor supply store where they can easily measure the belt and give you a comparable one for your machine. Hope this helps!
