Domain Name Services error would be due to a router issue you need to reboot the router and the internet modem if there all in one then you need to set your router on DMZ for you ps3.
I hope this helps

Tips for a great answer:
Once you have all the wireless settings of the router, you are ready to connect the play station or the x-box to the wireless network.
Now go to the settings page of the PLAY STATION
NETWORK SETTINGS ==>
INTERNET CONNECTION SETTINGS ==>
WIRELESS SETTINGS ==>
If you get confirmation screen displayed stating that you will be disconnected from the Internet. click YES ==>
select EASY ==>
select WIRELESS ==>
you will see your SSID ( wireless network name)==>
select the security settings ( router wireless settings)==>
enter the KEY ==>
select the IP address settings EASY ==>
save your settings ==>
Test the connection .
